Located in High River, in the heart of southern Alberta’s ranch country, Olson Silver Company has grown from a hobby of Jim Olson’s in the early 1960′s into the largest belt buckle manufacturing shop in Canada. All products are built in the shop, with very little reliance on outside suppliers which enables us the highest of quality control and on time delivery of orders. Olson belt buckles are some of the most sought after trophies at many rodeos, from small town amateur events to the Canadian Finals Rodeo and all levels in between.
All Olson Silver Company’s stock belt buckles are solid nickel silver with jeweler’s bronze overlays (some utilize copper as well), are our standard material for all of our stock buckles. We do not plate any of our products, 
as we feel it is inferior to solid stock material (Over time, the plating wears off ruining the appearance of the buckle as well as the many environmental hazards involved in plating). Stock belt buckles are customizable by utilizing your lettering, brand, initials, company logos or a variety of figures as well as stones (on applicable styles). All routed lettering has to be done prior to assembling the belt buckle. The lettering cannot be added later.
Olson Silver Company’s Handmade western belt buckles have set the standard for Canadian made belt buckles for many years. Our Handmade western belt buckles can be fabricated from a combination of materials from sterling silver and gold to nickel silver and jeweler’s bronze. This allows us to accommodate most budgets. Choose from one of standard shapes/sizes or design your own from scratch. Our Handmade western belt buckles are limited only by one’s imagination.
We offer a full range of western hand engraved silver jewelry. All silver jewelry is made of sterling silver and 10kt gold (where applicable). Most items available for immediate shipment.
